REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
GENERAL STORE POLICY
By shopping with HouseofZee, Zeehealth and Moneta you agree to all terms outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to amend or update these policies at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review our latest store policies before making a purchase.
All our products are crafted and handled with the highest quality and hygiene standards. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are considered final.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Full payment is required at checkout (online) or at point of sale (in-store).
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT payments, and approved digital payment methods.
- Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO STORE CREDIT. All purchases are final.
- Due to hygiene, health, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items including clothing, shapewear, supplements, teas, skincare, or accessories.
- We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and usage instructions before purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order, with clear photo or video evidence sent to our support email.
- Each case will be reviewed individually. If approved, a replacement will be arranged at our discretion.
- Claims made after 12 hours or without visual proof will not be accepted.
SHIPPING & COLLECTIONS
- Processing times may vary based on order volume, product type, or promotion periods.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may differ depending on courier performance.
- Once an order has been shipped, HouseofZee, ZeeHealth and Moneta are not liable for courier delays, lost, or stolen parcels.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

- Customers are expected to handle items with care.
- Any damage caused to store property or merchandise will be billed to the responsible party.
